A 35-year-old Kansas woman who sat on her boyfriend's toilet for so long that her body was stuck to the seat. By the time he called police, she had a phobia about leaving the bathroom.

"She is an adult; she made her own decision," said her boyfriend, Kory McFarren. "I should have gotten help for her sooner; I admit that. But after a while, you kind of get used to it." Sunday was brunch at Cowgirl with the Parkers. Jessica, her parents, Jesse, Erica, Kels, and I indulged in some super-sized, super-yummy foodz. My OJ came in a jar, Erica's coke came in a glass the size of her head, and Mrs. Parker got her Tiramisu.


Afterward, Dagger, Kels, and I did some shopping. If all goes as planned, Erica and I have some pretty sick outfits planned for Tuesday's:

Alternate ending for the win!

Ok, so I know the ending to I Am Legend was different in the movie from the book, but I DIDN'T READ THE BOOK!

I completely left this out of my "'currently listening' list" from yesterday, but whatever, they totally deserve their own post, now.


I just popped this CD into my compy for the first time last night. Let me just be the first to say, YOU WANT to own this. If you haven't already heard the buzz around this band, they will be 2008's force to reckon with. Their self-titled debut album is seriously amazing. They're like a refreshing burst of tropical flavor (I feel like I'm writing a Starburst ad) and they're my Peter Bjorn, & John for 2008. I'm really excited about them. Thank you to my music savvy friend, Angela, for introducing them to me. I'm in love with them if not for their baby-faced mugs, but their uber carribean-like tunes.

Forget the world!

The last couple nights have consisted of tipsiness. Dear lord, how did I get drunk two nights in a row? Is that even poss in Jiscillalaland? My plans were all completely innocent.

First, some mexican eats really satisfied my cravings. Then, one hour later, I had no idea I enjoyed feet/my margarita so much that it was hard to part with it. My palate must have been subdued by the Sangria prior to. The kicker was when I confessed, "I used to dance in a cage" ...and that's when you know you've gone too far. Oof with a capital "O."

As for last night, I planned a low key Trainwreck due to the previous night's shenanigans...but then Shayla came along and thought it would be good to come and get me drunk again. Um, did we talk about dog shows at AK? Yes, I believe we did. I didn't know how far in I was until I got home and typed something of the likes of this: "im syvyuslly sdyonrf hoe ftunk i sm tihjy noe...i, yoo lsyx yo gihutr ouy kryd," "spabebaristoomucheffot," and when I finally got something right: "woooooooooooo i speeleedit right." Hmmm, something tells me I should take it easy for the rest of the week.

Anyways, besides all my mumble jumble, I got some good mugshots from the night. Hopefully, my compy won't be the tard it's been the past week or so and let me post them.
