I find this video disturbing.
I love Dakota Fanning and all, but I'm just not ready to see her in thigh highs and making out with dudes. Isn't she still 6, and wasn't her last movie I Am Sam?
Regardless, I will probably go see this movie just for the shock factor.
How does she go from so darn cute, to so darn "adult-like?"
I too am old. I was shocked. I feel creepy watchin her do those things. I feel kind of big sisterly/maternal toward her and want to slap her upside the head and ask her what she thinks she doing. Because she is/was such a cute innocent kid. I really just cant see her being believable in this role. But no doubt I will see it, just for that OMG-factor.

I totally agree! "Creepy" is exactly how I felt! She is, what, 16 now? I mean, seriously...I need to wait until she is at least 18. I'm surprised her parents let her take on such a role.
ReplyDeleteDon't get me wrong, I always love when actors/actresses step outside their comfort zone and take on roles that they normally aren't casted for...but I'm just not ready for Dakota to grow up. Lol.
